What you will be doing
- Assisting senior-level engineers and project managers with design document preparation, data compilation and evaluation
- Technical report writing and field work related to specific projects
- Conducting feasibility studies, conceptual design reports, design analysis reports, criteria development, structural analysis, design/installation drawings with specifications and data sheets
- Technical evaluations
- Development of material and installation cost estimates
- Providing engineering support during construction
What we are looking for
- BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Effective communication, client management and interpersonal skills
- Must have effective organizational skills to design and manage projects simultaneously, completing the work within client guidelines and schedules for completion
- Thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline-oriented
- Self starter with the ability to work independently and as team
