TLF, formerly known as Ter Horst, Lamson and Fisk, Inc., provides professional services to Owners, Contractors and other Design Professionals and has established a reputation for high quality and innovative engineering. Founded in 1991, our firm remains committed to providing excellent client service and establishing long term relationships with our clients.
